No theme - Muffin Tin Monday

We are doing a nutritional co-op with our homeschool group so I decided to do a "very healthy" theme.

Carrot sticks (avocado w/ lemon) for carrot dipping
Apple slices (peanut butter for dipping)
Pomegrant yogurt

My toddler LOVED the peanut butter

He decided to just shove his hands in it & eat it! What a mess!

Looks so YUMMY to eat peanut butter that way! What a joy.

The tray looks great - do you buy premade pomegranate yogurt or mix your own?

Love the peanut butter hands! Great muffin tin meal! I always forget to do it and then thankfully I come across it on a blog. I am already thinking about my muffin tin meal for Valentine's Day. Thank you for stopping by my blog - I REALLY appreciate it!
