LEARNING WITH POM POMS

Jumping Bean will be 36 months Tuesday 7/27!

Jumping Bean is learning how to count and recongnizing his numbers. So I made him a pom pom sensory box & threw in drinking caps with numbers 0-5 on them for him to find, pull out, put in numberical order and then pull out pom poms to place underneath with the corresponding numbers.

Using ice cube trays to place pom poms in them - I was doing this with the baby & he wanted to do it to!

TINY TOT SCHOOL
Baby Cat is 15 months

placing pom poms in the slots in the ice-cube trays
Then when she was done - she was proud of herself so he gave herself an applause!

My favorite pics from the week:
Dress up at a friend's baby's 1st birthday party

The 2 boys playing Bibleman - I love to hear them say while they play "The Lord is great!" - they LOVE Bibleman!

Such a fun idea! And I love the expressions on your little girl's face as she's playing with the pom-poms. Good idea! My 2-yo is very interested in counting right now and this would be a great activity for us. :) Thanks for the inspiration!

I really like how this activity spans several ages- instead of having to make something completely new as they get older. Thanks so much for sharing.
