I like seeing other homeschooler's classroom's and their organization. In fact whenever we got to other homeschool mom's homes for playdates and/or co-ops I get other ideas on how I can better how I have our homeschool area more efficent. I will admit in the last few months I have changed things around a few times.
We live in a smaller home, our livingroom/computer area and diningroom area is all one open area. This area also includes our homeschool area! We have 3 bedrooms - the boys share a room, oour baby girl has her room, then our room. When the baby comes he will share with us for awhile then will go in with his brothers. There is no extra room so we are blessed to have what we have and trying to make the best out of it!
Here is our homeschool area (which is scattered throughout our livingroom & downstairs hallway:
The top left & right shelves are for my 3 year old
The rest of the shelves are for my 5 year old, I have it done by subject: Bible one 1 shelf, handwriting, reading,Spanish, Math, Misc. Workbooks & my teacher planner on 1 shelf, History and Art on another and lastly Science on another.
My organization, folders, notebooks, glue, art supplies, etc.
My husband made an enourmous (5 ft X 6 ft) bulletin board for me, we use it for daily calendar, pocket charts, scripture verses, etc.
dry erase board where my son writes his scripture verses, etc.
Tot & Tiny Tot School workboxes - I have several of them on a few different shelves for my 2 littlest ones.
Their homeschool desk area
My Kindergartner's workboxes, I use the printable workbox tags as well on each of the main boxes we use.
Now it's your turn to show me your homeschool classroom & homeschool organization! Can't wait to see! I am always looking for a better way to organize how we do our homeschool set up, especially with such a small space.
**Come back next Monday 8/30 and let's do Show & Tell! Link up your favorite homeschool lesson or project your homeschool did! It can be artwork, crafts, lapbook, etc! Love seeing what other homeschooler's are doing!**
