Flat Stanley visits New York City & China!

My husband got back from China from a business trip, (3-13 to 3-27). We had him take JJ's Flat Stanley with! Here are some pictures of Flat Stanely in China & at the lay over on the way to China at JFK (New York City) airport! The pics are not that clear - my husband took them on his cell phone.

I printed off these pictures, had JJ glue them in a journal & then write about them in his journal. This is a good way to learn about the world and helps his handwriting!
To print your own Flat Stanley go HERE.
The traditional way to do Flat Stanley is to mail him or send him to other people throughout the country like  a pen pal but I didn't want to do that so I came up with our own way which is to bring him with on our family travels or when my husband travels on business Flat Stanley will go with then when we get back my son will journal Flat Stanely's travels. I like this idea for us because not only will my son learn about Geography but journaling & it will help his handwriting skills.
