I printed these 2 piece Thanksgiving word puzzle's off at Currclick (it was free when I printed it now it's $1.00 along w/ other printables - if you are not signed up for Currclick I highly recommend that you do so - what an awesome resource!
My kindergardener made a Thanksgiving book which we printed off of Enchanted Learning.
Last year I made my kids a felt board -- so easy! Here's how to make one:
Take cardboard (I used mine from a shipping box, then I went to Jo-Ann Fabrics & got felt fabric, encased the cardboard and stitched along the edges to hold into place, if you do not sew you could probably use glue. I made 2 of them, one for each of my boys.
My kids placed the turkey's on the felt board by color in the tune of Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See but instead did, Yellow Turkey Yellow Turkey what do you see and so on.
Using more felt I made Roll a Turkey - I printed the game instructions from Make Learning Fun, then I just made my own pieces - I used craft googly eyes instead of felt.
At CBS (Community Bible Study) this week aside from doing their normal Bible lesson they made Thanksgiving Aprons. This is for them to wear while helping in the kitchen. Thought their idea was pretty clever - they used Reusable Handi Wipes for the apron body them they poked holes for the string to go through (they also used paper reinforcements around the holes.) Then the kids decorated them!
