APOLOGIA SWIM CREATURES CRAFTS - BALEEN + TOOTHED WHALES

We are really enjoying Apologia Swimming Creatures curriculum. Here are a few crafts we have made to tie into the curriculum!

We just completed Lesson 2 (Baleen & Toothed Whales)

Whale pot (I didn't purchase it HERE) Very easy to make, you just need a small flower pot, paint, cut out fins and a tail, using chenielle sticks thread some beads on it, paint the put glue googly eyes on!

Dolphin, this craft is on DLTK Kids
can you believe these are made of toliet paper rolls? Which we covered in paper mache and them painted.

Oragami Whale

Crafts were done by my 1st grader and preschooler. The curriculum I use with my 1st grader but my preschool sits and listens most times and does the crafts withs us.
