SHOPPING AT WALMART FOR ELMER'S PRODUCTS #GLUENGLITTER #CBIAS

Before we started homeschool lesson I needed to run to Walmart and purchase a few items. My husband was at work with my shopping list in hand and 4 kids in tow we headed for Walmart. I needed to pick up a few items to make a November calendar board. I needed Elmer's glue and an Elmer's foam board. I picked up some fall leaf confetti to add to our board.

We got to Walmart and 1st headed to the craft area, I was amazed to see all the different products Elmer's offers, I thought they only offered glue but they don't they not only offer glue but they have paints and foam boards! I picked up my glue and foam board. I like the different foam boards Elmer's offers, they come in several sizes, but what suited us was the Mini Bi-Fold Foam Board (12 in X 18 in). Plus I choose this size because I am able to stand it up on our homeschool table. Plus I noticed something new Elmer's has a glue called Glue All which is what I chose to purchase, typically I purchase the School Glue. I decided to give the Glue All a try!

Then I headed over to the grocery area to pick up a few goodies: banana's, donuts and cookies.
Along the way we enjoyed seeing all the Christmas products that they started to put out on the shelves. Christmas is in the air, my boys are excited!

So we headed home where we began our November calendar board. We got all of our supplies together:

Elmer's foam board
Elmer's Glue
Stencils
Brown Sharpie Marker
Scissors and my scrapbook cutter
Pencil
Watercolor paint
Paint Brush
Paint Swatches / Cardstock

1st paint the board, prepare stencils and then trace number stencils onto colored paper

Glue all numbers onto the foam board making it into a calendar, then add accents - my son wrote a Bible very on a leaf cut out, we then added fall leaf confetti to the foam board.

Viola! Finished project!
