WHAT DO YOU HAVE? I PICK THE TRUTH!

Over the weekend a friend of mine had this up on her Facebook page. It immediately grabbed my attention because of the title " Why I hate religion but love Jesus". So I watched it in complete agreement. This man is talented but the words he speaks are true. So my questions to you is, do you have religion or do you have Jesus? Religion doesn't save, religion doesn't forgive, religion doesn't give you hope and freedom only Jesus does. I am not judging, just asking a question. Click on the YouTube video and give it some thought.

  1. I enjoyed the video. Basically - worry more about walking the walk than just talking the talk.

  7. My favorite quote about following Jesus ever: "The greatest single cause of atheism in the world today is Christians who acknowledge Jesus with their lips and walk out the door and deny Him by their lifestyle. That is what an unbelieving world simply finds unbelievable" ~ Brennan Manning, quoted in DC Talk's "What If I Stumble?"

  10. Very true...religion never got anyone into heaven, it's all done through the saving grace of Jesus. After all, look how Jesus addressed those "religious" men in the New Testament!

  11. I couldn't agree more! Religion can get in the way of the message.
