Talking on the phone is a luxury in my home. With 4 children it's very hard because it never fails, craziness begins as soon as I pick up the phone! Most of the time I have having to multi-task as I am on the phone either tending to my 4 children or housework! I wind up with a stiff neck after holding the phone crunched between my check and my shoulder so that I can be hands free.
I have a solution to that! VTech makes an AWESOME phone Model LS6475-3 Multi-tasking phone.
Here are some of my favorite features of this phone:
~ Energy Star Compliant.
~ VTech supports RoHS initiatives by reducing the use of hazardous substances including lead, mercury and cadmium.
~ Audio equalizer allows you to choose from 4 different profiles to best match your hearing.
~ Caller ID/Call waiting stores 50 calls
~ Slim handset size with a stylish metallic finish.
~ Audible time and date stamp on recorded messages.
~ Remotely retrieve messages on the digital answering system, retrieve messages on the digital answering system from the handset.
~ Blue backlit keypad and display.
~ Excellent range, up to 500 feet.
~ With the touch of a button, the handset speakerphones makes hands-free conversations easy.
~ Handset volume control.
And my absolute favorite feature:
~ Voice Announce Caller ID audibly announces the name and number of the caller on all of the handsets and base unit. No need to find the handset to see who is calling. Makes screening calls that much easier.
The hands free head set is my favorite because I stay home with my children and homeschool and when I get phone calls I need to be hands free because there isn't a moment where one of my children are looking for my help. The Voice Announce Caller ID is the coolest feature I have ever seen, shhhh - I sometimes screen my calls. So if I am nursing the baby and the phone is not in hands reach the phone will announce who it is and if I think it's not important I do not have to interrupt my feeding baby. I have a good friend I tease because when we get on the phone we are on for at least an hour and at the end of the call I tell her what household chores I got done talking to her, now I can use my VTech LS6475-3 Multitasking Phone System with complete ease and hands free to get my multi-tasking done! Every mom needs to have this phone in their home, makes a perfect Mother's Day gift!
The VTech LS6475-3 Multitasking Phone System can be purchased for $100.00 directly from VTech.

Wow! Landlines have sure gotten fancy since the last one I had one! My husband and I just use our cell phones, we're military and we move around a lot. Recently though I've considered getting a landline simply because my daughter is 2 and a half and I think it would be a good idea to have an extra phone she can pick up and easily dial 911 on.
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly what I need! Those handhelds must be held, and there are times when I need both hands. This phone system is the perfect solution. Thanks for sharing it!
