MOM'S QUICK TIP OF THE WEEK - MAKE YOUR OWN VEGGIE/FRUIT CLEANER!

Welcome to Mom's Quick Tips Thursdays! Each week I will either post or have a guest post have a Mom's Quick Tips to share with you! As a mom to 4 (and trying for our 5th) life is busy. I am always looking for ways to make life easier whether it be doing something quicker, easier or thrifty!

He is a one of my Mom's Quick Tips this week!
DYI your own veggie/fruit wash.

Filtered or purified water
Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap (I use unscented)
Spray bottle

Fill the spray bottle with the water, add 10 drops of the castille soap. My spray bottle is 22 fl. oz. that is why I used 10 drops. If your spray bottle is smaller you would add less drops to your liking. Then give the bottle a shake, put the spray top on and your ready to go! Cleans dirt and wax off your fruit and veggies!

I was spending alot of money on store bought veggie/fruit cleaner and decided that I could make my own for a fraction of the cost!

Mama to 4 Blessings is accepting bloggers to guest post for either a one time basis or on a monthly basis for Mom's Quick Tips on Thursdays! If you are interested please fill out the following FORM.

  1. I've never used a fruit/veggie cleaner. I'm assuming they get rid of all of the pesticides, whereas water and a veggie brush doesn't? I will have to try this. Thanks!
