My family has never tried Old London products until recently. I never realized the endless possibilities to using this product! From snacks, appetizers to using them as an actual ingredient!
Old London Foods offers Melba Snacks, Bagel Chips and Melba Toasts.
For lunch I gave my kids lunch I gave them Bagel Chips, veggies and humus and they are it up in no time coming back for seconds!
For dinner I used Melba Toast (Rosemary + Olive Oil) inside our meatballs!
Ingredients used:
Ground beef or ground turkey
Melba Toast (Rosemary + Olive Oil)
Minced garlic
1 egg white
Crush up the Melba Toast into bread crumbs.
Add the Melba Toast into the mixture, roll into meatballs, bake on 375 for 40
minutes.
It was delicious! Have you tried Old London products, if so how did you eat them?
