A PICTURE TO SHOW HIM IN YEARS TO COME.... WORDLESS WEDNESDAY WITH LINKY

Let me explain this picture. It's not so wordless. I keep a little stool next to the toilet in the kids bathroom because my 3 + 4 year old have a hard time getting up on the toilet, so over the weekend my 4 year old son went to hop down off the toilet and he hit his forehead on the corner of the vanity. Splitting his forehead opened. It could have probably used a few stitches but after several hours it stopped bleeding. I cleaned it up and bandaged it overnight. The next day we were staying home so I took the bandage off for it to get some air but I didn't want his hair in the wound so I used one of my daughter's hair clips to keep is hair from getting in it. Believe me this took alot of persuading because he didn't want this in his hair. I had to make sure his siblings didn't laugh at him because he would have ripped it out of his hair. So at dinner time I happened to take a picture of him, after taking the picture I noticed he was licking the ketchup and mustard on the side of his mouth with his tongue. The whole thing combined made for a funny shot!

Poor kid! This will be a picture I will definitely have to show him in years to come!

  23. Cute, but please be careful about what you do with this. If he was reluctant and you talked him into it for health reasons, he will never trust you again if the photo gets out... or he knows you posted it.

  28. That is wonderful! We have a similar one of my little brother who let our neighbor put about 20 ponytail holders in his hair. I think he's actually pretty proud that he was manly enough to let our cute neighbor do his hair.
