WHITE CHOCOLATE COVERED COOKIE BALLS RECIPE WITH HAND-FOIL PRODUCTS SOLUTIONS!

It's that time of the year I find myself in the kitchen a lot more, baking treats for our homeschool group party, Bible study parties, etc.

As a mom to 4 soon to be 5 I need not just simple and fast recipes to make but I need to transport these yummy recipes into a storage solution with fast clean up too! The solution is Handi-Foil products!
For my Bible study group this week I decided to make White Chocolate Covered Cookie Balls!
Ingredients:
36 Sandwich type cookies
1 package of 8 oz softened cream cheese
16 oz of Almond Bark
First you grind 36 of the sandwich cookies (I used my food processor) if you do not have a food processor you can place them in a storage bag smash them up as well. Once all the cookies are in crumbs then add the softened cream cheese to the cookies crumbs until the consistency is well blended.

Then roll the cream cheese and cookie crumb mixture into balls. And refrigerate for at least an hour so that they firm up. I used my Handi-Foil Eco-Foil Pan for them to set up in.

Next I melted the White Chocolate Almond Bark in the microwave in intervals of 15 seconds until melted. Then I dipped each Cookie Ball in the White Chocolate Almond Bark until they were fully covered.

Then I placed them in the Handi-Foil Christmas Tree Pans. I love this Pan because it is so festive, easy to transport especially with the nice press snap lid and then once all my yummy goodies are gone I can just toss the pan! Lastly place the white Chocolate covered Cookie Balls in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened. Once hardened they are ready to eat!

You can also view this recipe on video as well with step by step instructions:

I also used Hand-Foil products for other funcations - my son's Bible Study Christmas Party. I made his class chocolate chip cookies and stored them in the Snowman Hand-Foil Pan.

Plus we cooked a turkey using the Handi-Foil Eco-Foil King Roaster Pan.

Handi-Foil products can be used anytime of the year for a fast easy solution for storage and clean up!

Visit the Handi-Foil website for a complete list of products they offer, you can also follow Eco-Foil on Facebook for some fantastic  recipes and ideas.

Disclamer: I was provided with complimentary pans and a gift card by Handi-Foil in exchange for my post. My opinions are my own and not influenced in any way. This is my original recipe.

  4. I use handi foil for a whole lot of things--leftovers, bringing lunches to work, cooking in and the list goes on and on--and they can be washed and re used-I do it all the time-or can be disposed if immediately after use (like if I cook chicken in one!) Those cookie rolls look scrumptious!!!!!!!
