Our family has become huge fans of Udi's Gluten Free Foods. They offer moist and delicious gluten free products. I have tried many gluten free products and many of them tasting like cardboard but not Udi's!
My family recently tried Udi's Plain Tortilla's, which are perfect for Quesadillas, Fajitas, Burritos, Taco's or Sandwich Wraps!
We decided to make pizza using the Plain Tortilla's.
I placed the tortilla's on a baking pan then added pasta sauce then sprinkled shredded mozzarella cheese on top. And baked for about 15-20 minutes. at 350 degrees.
This was a hit, the tortilla's were delicious and made a perfect pizza crust!
The possibilities are endless with these delicious tortillas, my children enjoy eating Udi's Tortillas instead of bread for their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! Use cookie cutters and make fun shaped sandwiches too!
Our family loves Udi's products, what's not to like? They are gluten free but do not taste like it like some other products on the market, they taste delicious and they are super moist and fresh tasting!
Udi's is not offering this product on-line just yet but you can find a retailer near you by going to Udi's web-site.
Sign up for Udi's newsletter and get a $1.00 coupon! Or stay up to date on new exciting products that Udi's offers by following them on Facebook.
Thank you to Udi's and their PR Company for the opportunity to review their delicious products. Mama to 4 Blessings is disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commissions 16 CFR, Part 255 Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
