USING POOL NOODLES TO LEARN & PLAY -- LEARN & LINK W/ LINKY

Do you have an educational or SUMMER post that is about your child and you would like to share? It can be a craft, a lesson, sport, cooking, etc. that your child learned this week. You do not have to be a homeschooler to LINK up below - happy to have you join us! Then come back every Friday and continue to share your learn and link post! Please do not link up educational reviews - thanks!

I am always looking for frugal ways to teach my children, especially my smaller children. I went to the Dollar Tree and picked up 3 pool noodles and cut them into chunks and used to as learning instruments.

Here is how we used them:
Used as blocks
Used to make patterns
Lined up by colors in a row
Thread the noodle thru string

Did you see Star Wars Pool Noodle Lightsabers? See how to make one HERE. Stay tuned from more uses for pool noodles coming soon!

  11. Good ideas! Once you cut the pool noodles, did they shed little pieces everywhere or stay pretty intact?
