My Review:
With all 4 of my children we have used the same infant carrier so when I had the opporuntiy to review the onBoard Infant Car Seat I was delighted to try something new! My 2nd and 3rd children stayed in their infant carrier till over 1 year because they were petite. With with my 1st and now my 4th they are big boys. My new baby is chunky and long and at the rate he is going he would be out of our older infant carrier soon, glad I will not have to worry about that because in the onBoard 35 he has alot of room! I like to keep my babies in their infant carrier as long as possible because if they are asleep in the car all I have to do is pick up the infant carrier and let them continue sleeping, convience I guess! A typical car seat's weight capacity is 20 lbs but not with the onBoard 35 car seat, getting a extra 15 pounds! This car seat is perfect for my growing baby, he will be in it for quite sometime which makes me feel completely comfortable how safe he will be! I did have a bit of difficulty using it with my double stroller I cannot recline the front seat back because of the extra length of the onBoard 35 but I made it work! The install of this car seat is very easy and has a nice safety teather feature to keep your little one safe! I am very happy with our new car seat!
Front comparrison of our old infant car seat and the onBoard 35 infant carrier
you can clearly see the size difference!
Buy It:
The onBoard 35 infant carrier can be purchased for $179.99 at Target. Safety 1st offers a great selection of other baby products for travel, play, safety and child care!
