Bright Future International (BFI) a charitable organization, helps underprivileged children achieve a better future by infusing them with compassion, strong self esteem and hope.
This February, BFI launches Bright Future for Children, a worldwide initiative to raise money and awareness for less fortunate children across the globe. This initiative will establish arts and educational enrichment programs through partnerships with local and international organizations in Burundi, Russia, and Kenya. On the BFI Facebook page, you will be able to make a charitable donation as well as read touching stories about these children and the profound difference being made in their lives. For every new Facebook "Like" a $1 contribution will be made to help children in one of these countries.
Their goals are to:
~ To provide the children a comprehensive support program to meet their emotional, social, health, and educational needs, build character and self-esteem, and strengthen their ability, through skills and mental discipline, to succeed in life.
~ To prepare the children to succeed not just in their immediate community but in the global marketplace.
~ To provide training and assistance to the parents of the children so that they can play a positive role in the growth and development of their children.
After reading BFI's web-site one story that touched my heart the most was Rwanda. Children are in need of a home, it breaks my heart as a mom to 4 children that there are actually children that do not have a loving home. These children in Rwanda are orphaned through genocide, civil strife, and AIDS are the project leaders. Thankfully they partner with the small staff of CHABHA-Rwanda who provide them with mentoring and oversight.
“I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central for Bright Future International. A small donation to Bright Future International was made in my name from Mom Central as a thank-you for participating.”
