  12. My step=father always used to say that eating dirt was good for you because it acts as roughage. I agree with you. Dirt is yucky!

  16. That little sneak! She looks quite pleased with herself, too! Mine has always been dirt-averse. Gosh, she needs a napkin on her table all the time "oh-uh, where's my cloth? I need to go get my cloth!"

  20. She looks pretty proud of herself for eating the dirt too. As long as there was no chemicals in with the plant she just got a little extra nutrients for the day.

  21. Oh my goodness!! I have a 4 year old that still has to "taste" random untastable things. LOL!! They keep us on our toes.

  22. Nothing wrong with a little dirt. Helps build the immune system LOL.

However, I feel bad for the poor tulips

  23. Oh, yuck. Looks like she couldn't decide whether she liked it or not. My girls, especially Amelia, used to get into our plants all the time and make a huge mess. Can't remember right now whether she ate any dirt or not.

  26. I think I ate dirt once when I was little.
My mom told me if I ate it again she was going to take me to the Doctor's.
That did it. I never ate it again because I was afraid I'd get a shot.

I have a picture of my son several years ago with a mouthful of dirt in and around his mouth! So funny...maybe I'll have to scan it one day and post it on my blog :) Thanks for linking up to our No Ordinary Blog Hop!
