BIRTHDAY WEEKEND - WORDLESS WEDNESDAY W/ LINKY

My 38th (yikes) birthday was Friday, my husband took the day off and surprised me by taking our family to the west coast for a nice long weekend, here are some of the highlights from the weekend.

1st we went to Cheesecake Factory on the way for lunch - my FAVORITE place!

My Pecan Turtle Chocolate Cheesecake (yuumy)
My husband and the boys playing frisbee on the beach
 So beautiful!
Our little set up,
I wear the baby in a baby carrier in the water and he fell asleep - left him in the carrier, didn't want to wake him

It went by TOO fast! Back to the land of reality: homeschooling, chores, etc!

  28. Your dessert looks scrumptious. Happy Birthday! I didn't realize we were almost the same age. I guess you are closer in age to my hubby seeing as his bday was today.
Looks like you had a lot of fun at the beach. I have had children fall asleep in carriers. Much easier to just leave them in it. That shot is so cute.

  44. That looks like a wonderful way to celebrate your birthday. I love how how your little guy will sleep in such a relaxing place. When my daughter was a baby she would only sleep in her bed, and still does, which is good, but if she wasn't home she got super tired. I am hoping her little brother or sister is a more versatile sleeper.
