HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE GARLIC BREAD / CHEESY GARLIC BREAD

I stopped buying garlic bread already made whether fresh or frozen. I make my own in a matter of moments. Super easy to make and only a few ingredients to use!

Ingredients:
Udi's Gluten Free Hamburger Buns  (or any hamburger buns)
Butter or Butter Substitute
Basil, Garlic Powder (OR fresh minced garlic) & Italian Seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese or Cheese Alternative

Place buns on the baking pan, spread butter on top of the buns. Sprinkle Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning and Basil over the butter - add the amount to your liking. I do not measure these items, I just sprinkle a bit on each bun.

Then broil to whatever consistency you prefer. If you like your garlic bread crunchy and toasted then broil for about 5 minutes and if you like a gooey garlic bread broil for less then 5 minutes. It all depends on if your oven is preheated.
Then if you wanted to make Garlic Cheesy Bread just add the cheese to the top and place in oven for a few seconds until melted.

  2. YUM! I have never made garlic bread with hamburger buns, I always use french bread. I bet this is really good on the buns since they are so much lighter. Thanks for sharing!

  3. I make my own too! It is a lot cheaper if I make my own AND I can get more compared to if I just bought a box at the store! Your garlic bread looks yummy!
