This is my kids 2nd week of soccer camp at our church. Last week my daughter and 2 older boys did the camp but this week it's just the boys. I opted for my daughter not to do it this week because as my husband and I watched her stand in the middle of the soccer field with her team running around her kicked the ball she was in her own little world picking flowers (weeds). She is too much of a girlie girl for soccer - not her thing! The boys are playing this week and loving it again!
I love being a soccer mom! When soccer camp ends this Friday we will be anxiously waiting for soccer season to begin in January!

Looks like they are really enjoying it! My kids attended a soccer/cheerleading camp a few summers ago and it was really nice!
ReplyDeleteLooks like great summer fun!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos! I can't wait to get our little lady into soccer. She will be old enough for next summer.
ReplyDeleteI love soccer because even those who aren't particularly good players get a workout.

ReplyDeleteSo much fun playing soccer this summer :) Happy WW
ReplyDeleteThey are all so cute! It's cute that your daughter was in her own little world. It sounds like my daughter.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like so much fun! I love that the church incorporated soccer with devotional time. A healthy spiritual life means so much more than a few hasty prayers here and there. (Of course, those are good too!!!) ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! I love soccer!
ReplyDeleteIt's looks like they had a blast! There's nothing better than getting them outside and running off that summer energy. Thanks for hosting! :)
ReplyDeleteI just noticed that your links say momma to 3, your header says momma to 4, and you are now writing momma to 5 - you are a hard lady to keep up with! Congrats on your April girl!
ReplyDeleteLove the soccer pics - everyone looks so excited to be there.
Love their smiles! They look like they're really enjoying themselves!
ReplyDeleteLooks like they had a bunch of fun!! They are so sweaty, means they put ll their efforts in! Great job guys! :)

My kids love soccer camp. We normally go to the British Soccer camp but they didn't come this year. Great shots! See you soon.

Ha — picking flowers! That's cute. Glad the soccer's going well for the others!
ReplyDeleteCute picture!
ReplyDeleteLooks like the had a great time at soccer camp.
ReplyDeleteWe are a super soccer family here. My 2 oldest play and my husband coaches at the competitive travel level, and my youngest is just starting at the recreation level. My middle 2 girls, though, are like your girl - too girly for soccer; they're my ballerinas.

fun times!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like they are having a great time! So nice that your church does this!
ReplyDeleteIt is so adorable that your daughter was busy picking flowers while everyone else was playing soccer. Soccer may not be her thing, but I say you get that girl in a floral arranging class! Could be fun!
