Here are a few more crafts we have done to celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior!
My kids made these this week at our Community Bible Study.
Materials used:
clothes pins
1 coffee filter each
chenille stick
The kids colored the coffee filters, wrapped the chenille stick around the filter and placed it inside the clothes pin - added In Christ we are a new creation on the clothes pin!
I clipped them to our living room drapes
Worship makers
Materials:
paper plates
colorful streamers
dry beans
markers / crayons
Kids colored the paper plates, folded it in 1/2, added the streamers on the outside of the plate, stapled it shut and added a piece of the Resurrection story to the maker.
When you shake them they sound nice!
Stained Glass Cross
This was super easy and fun to do with my kids. I printed the template off Christian Preschool Printables, had my kids color the crosses with our watercolor pencils and then go over what they colored with water, cut out and placed in their bedroom window - I can't believe how much they really do look like stained glass!
All of these crafts were done by my children ages 2 years, 4 years and 6 years!
Linking this homeschool post up to Homeschool Creations, Weird Unsocialized Homeschoolers, and delicate Construction this week!
I love the crosses!! They look just like stain glass! I think I am going to get this ready for tomorrow! Stopping by from Preschool corner.
