I have a big family. Since we had the new baby a few weeks back we are now a family of 7! You can imagine how quickly our family runs out of things whether it be shampoo, milk, etc. Between homeschooling, taking care of daily household chores, 5 children and so on. I do not have the time and energy to run to several stores to purchase school supplies, food, clothing, etc. Where can I do a one stop shop? Walmart!
Walmart offers everything for small to large families. They offer everything that one would need to do all their shopping and not to mention how super affordable their prices are! On a tight budget I am able to shop and get more bang for my buck! Sure some competitors may offer some of the same products as Walmart but they cannot beat their prices!
I knew Walmart would have everything I needed to make Chicken Marsala and homemade chocolate chip cookies. One of the ingredients I needed for both recipes is I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!
I do most of the cooking and baking in our home. I want what's best for my family so I am constantly looking for healthier options. One of those options is using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! over regular butter. Made with 70% less saturated fat and 30% fewer calories than butter. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! soft spreads contain no cholesterol or hydrogenated oils, so there's 0g trans fat per serving. Who wouldn't want that over fattening butter?
Other ingredients on my list to purchase; chicken breasts, Knorr rice, flour, mushrooms, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! All Purpose Sticks, sugar and cooking wine. Then there were a few non-grocery items. See that's what makes Walmart so great - I got everything I needed in one place!
Once our shopping was done I didn't have to stand in a long line to check out either because they offer Self Check Out!
Stay tuned to see how to make Chicken Marsala and homemade chocolate chip cookies using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! as an healthier alternative!

I rarely shop at Walmart but might do so more often if there was a self-checkout. It seems like the checkout lines are always SO long, especially if I just need a couple of items!
